Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 5, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lake State Plumbing LLC website and our plumbing services. By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Lake State Plumbing LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing services throughout the Twin Cities metro area. All work is performed by licensed, bonded, and insured plumbers in accordance with Minnesota state and local building codes.
Estimates & Pricing
We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing before work begins. An estimate is not a guarantee of final cost — if the scope of work changes after inspection, we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional charges.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We do our best to accommodate your preferred appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service and will be communicated to you at the time of the job. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Limitation of Liability
Lake State Plumbing LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our website content without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Minnesota.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
